Dr. Norman Y. Chow
Dr. Chow received his medical degree in 1961 from Tsinan college in China. His internship and residencies were all completed in the greater New York area. Previously, he was employed at the San Vito de Normandi AFB Clinic in Brindisi, Italy serving our military men abroad.
Dr. Chow is married and has one daughter.

Dr. Raghbir S. Bir
Dr. Bir is the medical director for Clinica Medica Familiar. He has enjoyed over 25 years in the healthcare industry. His dream was to be able to provide excellent medical care to those in need. It is for this reason that he dedicates 7 days a week serving our communities.
Dr. Bir received his medical degree in 1972. He completed his internship, residency, and chief residency at Martin Luther King Jr/ Charles Drew Medical Center.
Dr. Bir serves on the commitee for the Afghan Medical Association of Amercica, helping doctors in rural areas receive the equipment and technology to provide free care to people who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford care.
Dr. Bir is married and has five children and 10 grandchildren.

Wariam K. Bir -PA-C
Miss Wariam K. Bir, PA-C graduated from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in 2000. Miss Bir has been living in California for the past 30 years. She enjoys volunteering at her local church and serving as a tutor and mentor for children in her spare time. She enjoys spending times outdoors, reading, composing poetry, and dancing.

Miss Bir additionally holds an Associate of Science degree in Nursing, which is evident in her compassion and bedside manner.

Miss Bir is licensed by the Physician Assistant Board of California and certified by The National Commison on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Mrs. Colunga is a graduate of Western University Health Sciences, obtaining her Physician Assistant degree in 2005. Prior to obtaining her degree, Mrs. Colunga obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology. ​

Mrs. Colunga is married and has three children.

Mrs. Colunga is licensed by the Physician Assistant Board of California and is certified by the National Comission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
